I like how it allows you to use different methods of calculating schedules as well as being able to pull data from your fire engine with ease. It can get clunky sometimes if there are too many devices connected at once which causes an unresponsiveness when trying to perform certain tasks/changes. I like that it works with all of our fire departments in several states so we can share information without having to keep multiple systems up-to date when changes occur at one organization or another (this was something i had issues doing before). The user interface could be better - maybe more customization options if you don't want your data saved as an MS Access database?
