I love having access to our entire account team when we need help with any of their programs! Their support staff has been incredible and are always willing to take phone calls or emails from us even during times where they're closed (which happens often due to inclement weather). We've had great success using Vistex for our PPC campaigns. Our ROI has increased dramatically since utilizing them as an agency partner. It's also helped tremendously by the fact that our management knows exactly what's being done within each campaign so they can make adjustments without needing to contact me directly.
