I needed these for my Instant Vortex Plus Fryer and they definitely did not disappoint. They are not durable but that is the nature of silicone bakeware which is why I was expecting it. Very easy to clean and my pastries just skipped. In the picture I used them for the cookies to get the exact shape I need for the chicken cookie sandwiches. These cups worked like a charm
