The dashboard is simple to use, and I have quickly learned how to navigate through the platform. There are some features that could stand to be improved upon. The mobile app does not link well with the website, and there are times where it can take a few attempts for me to get my phone to connect properly. This has now been resolved though, so I am happy. The benefits that I see right off the bat are that this service is very easy to use. I was able to easily connect with patients using the website, and they were able to easily fill out their medication history forms, which saved me time at the end of the day.
