Review on Power S6182 Powder Coated Performance Caliper by Keegan Herbert

Product arrived clearly used with chipped red powder coating and lots of black scratches as if it had been thrown in a box. Only 1 caliper came instead of 2. The description says 11 lbs but the tag says 6.9 lbs. In my experience I have received a used part and half of the items. I will upload an image. The upgrade got a replacement looks great but the powder paint on the seams looks like wet oil paint. I touched them with my fingertips and the red color immediately spread to my skin. I just don't understand how powder paint can't dry. The funny thing is that only at first glance it looks like it was painted with a brush, although it took a week to ship, it's still wet, I blew up from the cheap paint job.
