I'm allergic to metals, so most strap buckles burn my skin. I also have an autoimmune disease so I swell up like crazy all the time. This group is amazing. The only metals on it are the pins that attach to the nozzle itself. The rest is like a scrunchie or loose scrunchie. Leaves no traces on the hand. It's not tight, but it's not loose either. It fits perfectly and allows me the swelling I'm going through. It's very comfortable and the print is nice. The material is like a moisture wicking fabric and washable. Very easy to put on and take off. I can absolutely recommend this band. Installation was a little tricky as the needle is the same size as the fabric and fits snugly, but once in it won't come loose unless you want it to too.
