Pads don't last long - furniture pads

Pros: Pads are easy to apply Pads attach well to chair Cons: Felt doesn't last long Pads deform easily exposing a plastic edge that scratches the floor These pads have a plastic ring that holds the felt center to the bottom Unfortunately for heavier users the felt is so high that it deforms slightly on one side exposing the plastic lip. This plastic edge then becomes a surface that comes into contact with the floor and scratches the floor. We have cheap vinyl floors so I don't mind too much but the mats are still unusable for heavy users (20lb chair + 280lb person).
