Tested for: KONOLL 8" Ultra Sharp Chef's Knife & BO Oxidation Anti Rust Carving Knife with Case and Gift Box Kitchen Knives for General Cooking Professional High Carbon Steel I've been collecting since over a year of KONOLL knives and now have 16 of them.I've collected them from every series except the cool Japanese one which I'd like to have.Definitely.I've never seen this series,it seems new.Pros = Cool black blade compared to other silver blades Their other blades have patterns or textures It only has a smooth black blade which is either a plus or a minus = Black handle which is not smooth it's a bit futuristic with Grooves around = includes a plastic cover Some of their kits do not come with this cover Cons=They have two boxes in which they pack them ver send, a great gift box with black sleeves and a white disposable box with a plastic holder. This one comes in a cheap box. Not so cool to give to people. = You must follow their cleaning instructions or they may rust. This is an amazing, very different series that is really different. This series will really stand out and impress guests and may suit your home design better than others. Recommended!
