Perfect fit! I am 5.2 and 125 lbs. I ordered a medium size, below is an extra length so they are about 5ft 5in long before they start to crawl a bit and there is extra room in thickness too (if you need this swag will do) . These thermals are really stretchy which is great for a pair of underwear or pajamas so I can still move freely and not be shy at all and the material on the ankles and wrists isn't constricting or constricting. The outer material is soft to the touch, wicks moisture and the inner lining is amazing, the description says it's fleece lined but I would call it more of a microfleece, it's not too thick and tacky like some other brands I've used have tried . a nice thin layer of extra warmth to retain your body heat but still allow moisture to escape. They are perfect for winter hikes and hikes. I will be ordering a few more sets to have a few as a base layer and then a few for pajamas.
