Bought these almost a year ago and used them daily as an ATV mechanic at the dealership and have had no problems. I don't use a rubber mallet because it's pretty soft and a bit bulky for my needs. To be honest I didn't think it would stand up to long mechanic work so well so I bought the Snap On instead. I also wish there was a brass hammer option in this set as I use it regularly. That being said, I've used the rest on a daily basis for things like banging out U-joints or banging pickle forks to knock stubborn axles out of drivetrains, and none of them broke. The smaller ball pin is often used with a bang to smack the little c-clips back into the new gimbals, but I've also used it to yell at things pretty hard if it was the next hammer and it didn't hurt, so I expect a lot of use from the whole set. The handles are also comfortable and absorb shock well. If they ever break I'll probably upgrade them, but after a year of heavy use I've definitely gotten my money's worth. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the rubber mallet.
