Review on 🐠 Enhance Aquarium Water Circulation with Yagote Lily Pipe Glass Outflow Skimmer Set 13mm & 17mm by Keith Ostby

My lily pipe arrived damaged. There was a noticeable tear in the lily portion of the outlet about 3/4 inch long. It'll probably still work fine, but it's not perfect, and for something like a glass inlet/outlet I want them to be perfect. My package also only came with 2 suction cups when it was supposed to be (I guess) 4 as there is room for 2 on each of the drain and inflow pipes. Of all the things they skimp on, I find it odd that this is the case would be suction cups. I contacted the seller about my damaged outlet. Lets see what happens. I'm giving 2 stars for now because the supply tube is great. UPDATE: The seller has responded and sent a replacement lily. I added a star for customer service for the quick and friendly response. However, quality control still seems to be an issue. The new replacement tube has no obvious tear, but does have stress cracks (or scratches) at the location. where part of the tube widens to part of the lily bulbs. Since it's not obvious, I use it. But for the flawless, clean look I was looking for, these little stress cracks just rob me of the perfection I was hoping for. So overall I give it 3 stars. I hope the seller can put more effort into quality control. The packaging seems great so it's just a matter of inspecting the tubes before packaging.
