Excellent Customer Service & Communication

I like that they are always looking to improve their product. They listen closely to customer feedback so they can create better products for us! Their support staffs have been very helpful with any questions or concerns we may have had about our account. We also love how easy it has made integrating into Salesforce as well as using Google Hangouts. The only thing i dislike sometimes when working from home is not being able to see my colleagues face while in calls/meetings etc but this could be solved by having larger offices which would cost more money than what we currently pay them monthly. If you're searching for an excellent team of people who will help grow your organization then look no further because acrossway does exactly just that!! As far as communication goes between clients and employees its amazing. It makes everything run much smoother especially if there's ever something urgent going down at work. Before cross way all our emails were sent via outlook email addresses meaning.
