I chose them based on an independent review on Youtube where they tested HQST, Renogy and a few others in parallel. They put out the most power and had the best frame, plus a good price. I found them cheaper than others and tested them myself with my multimeter. I have two panels, both 70W. At midday in full sun one puts out 83 watts and the other 80 watts so I got more than I paid for! The frames are very strong and have several pre-drilled holes for installing or attaching folding legs (which I did for my camper).
