Review on 🐠 Enhance Your Aquarium with the Reef Octopus VarioS 8 Controllable Circulation Pump by Susan Cacal

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I bought the pump in August 2017 and it worked perfectly for 2 months. I was happy with that. Then one day it started making a very loud noise even when I was driving it at low speed. I contacted CoralVue and they basically blamed my plumbing. They said the pump was designed for 1 1/4" tubing and since I was using 3/4" tubing it was my fault. Plumbing or creating a drain line in my sump (which I already have) Coralvue support didn't help at all. I would not recommend any of their products. In the attached video I ran the pump at 30 or 40% and it was still making a lot of noise. The first 2 months of ownership he was quiet.
