Gray hair is part of aging, but not something we have to live with. I started coloring my hair when I was 30 but my hair hated it! By the time I was 40, it was a dry, curly mess that broke down faster than it grew. I figured my choice would be bald or grey, I didn't like either. A friend from another country suggested henna. I did a little research and found rainbow henna. I knew I didn't need the additives in some foods. It's been about a year and a half and my hair looks amazing! I love it! My hair is great! I love the smell! I became addicted. It takes more effort, but my hair is worth it! Now my hair is dry so I coat it with coconut oil before applying henna. Then apply henna and let other things do for a while. It's like deep conditioning in coloring. Works great for me! I will use rainbow henna for the rest of my life! I love it.
