Update: excellent customer service; My leash broke and was immediately replaced free of charge
I really liked this harness and used it every day to walk my Great Dane. She only weighs 120 pounds, so not even that big, but one day two weeks later she threw herself (excitedly) at a barking dog through the window and the leash clip snapped. It wasn't fun chasing her down the street trying to get her back. Edit to add: The company immediately responded to my complaint with a replacement that didn't have the same issue. I really appreciated the customer service and how seriously they took my issue.
