Review on BuzzMonitor by Christopher Bates

It is user friendly interface and provides lot of features which makes it easy to learn. I can't find any downsides in this software. As per my knowledge only one thing i couldn't like about it is that you need to go through some training to get fully understand. So far everything looks good but as i said earlier there are couple of points which should be cleared up before you start using this tool. We use buzzmonitor for our internal communication and help us in solving all issues related to our clients as well as internal team members.
