Good fit, disappointing instructions.

I really like this TV mount but there are a few things I would like to point out to make your installation that much easier. fit first. They're there, you just have to hammer them through the hole. I suppose they should fit snugly to be more secure. Second, the instructions provided are useless. It took my fiance and I almost 30 minutes to figure out how to attach the bracket to the back of our TV because the instructions said to use the plastic washers that came with it, but when we did the screws either didn't fit or were too tight very long . We finally found a video of the installation on YouTube and it told us to do the opposite! Very frustrating. Overall the mount feels solid, we have a 75-inch TV and it doesn't feel like it's going anywhere. I'm glad I didn't have to drill the bolts (my landlord is probably happy too lol)

Pros
  • EASY INSTALLATION: 3 step installation 1. Install the wall plate and nail it to the wall. 2. Attach the horizontal mounting plate to the back of the TV. 3. Securely hang the TV mount on the wall bracket. Spring-loaded latches allow the TV to be removed quickly, making it ideal for outdoor installations. PLEASE NOTE: THE NAILS ARE INTO THE WALL PANEL HERE. WHEN DRILLING, THE NAILS GO THROUGH THE PRE-DRILLED HOLES IN THE WALL PANEL.
Cons
  • It's ok
