So I couldn't get mine to work on a 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I followed the instructions and the car responded as it should, but didn't sync to the fob. I stuck a paper clip into ports 1 and 4 of the DLC connector and pressed the alarm 6 times. The locks worked which is a good sign. Then I pressed the lock button on the key fob 3 times and the locks worked again. I removed the paper click but the car didn't respond to the key fob. I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if it just doesn't work. I've tried several times.
