Very poor fit, best in body

Revain website says this product fits a 2001 Trans Am right hand side mirror. The standard mirror has an inset plastic frame that holds the mirror glass. The actual size of the replacement lens is too large for the standard frame, so it will not be fitted properly. Being too small might be fine, but the mirror actually sticks out of the frame by at least 1/4 inch. The template used by the manufacturer to cut this mirror was clearly not based on the dimensions of the mounting frame. Not even worth $2.
