I love wine. My friends love wine. This product turned out to be great and I took it everywhere. I would give it 5 stars based on the wine opener alone on its own merits. Somewhere in my travels I lost my power cord. I contacted the company to get a replacement cable and they sent me a brand new kit at no extra cost! If you make quality products and then have great customer service, it's very easy to become a repeat customer.
