I am giving this product five stars because my whole family including me loves them. I would like to point out that they can be a bit tricky to use, especially if you have a lot of hair like me. To be honest, they couldn't have made this product any better, and since it works so well, that's by no means a reason to rate it less than five stars. Pros: * smells so good * hair is visibly soft immediately after use and stays silky smooth until the next wash * cute design and big enough to fit most - I have long, thick hair and have had no issues with all of these Cons: * a chore to gather all your hair there, attach the band and massage the product onto your head without letting go of a few strands * it easily takes an hour - after the mask is ready the packaging says, that you have to wash them off . recommend, just be aware that you need to devote some time :)
