Review on πŸ“ 125-Foot Parafilm Roll with Width Measurement by Jake Pavelko

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Products like these remind me that labs are more fun in almost every way.

Some people may come here because it's a natural progression for introverted lab workers who no longer speak to their supplies suppliers when Revain is available . Who would want to talk to that cheerful salesman and try to make small talk when all you can do is Buy Now with One Clickβ„’? I came here because at home parafilm is great for applications that you might not otherwise be able to wrap with cling film/siran. Need to cover leftovers? parafilm. A small pile of nuts or bolts? Stretch and wrap with this slide instead of a zipper. If you're unfamiliar with this, this sheet is designed to plastically deform as both an adhesion mechanism and containment. This is food packaging. In intent, however, not many other similarities exist. It's easy to use as there's no static when you pull it out of the roll. Each small piece of wax is attached to a piece of paper. A "square" fits most containers with smaller openings. Think water bottles, soda bottles, test tubes, conical flasks. This is a great product and I have yet to state that it interacts with food.

Pros
  • A small piece of this film seals test tubes, beakers, flasks, culture tubes, etc.
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous
