On the third day I noticed the robot was not working. I pressed the blue button to start cleaning and it beeped and changed color from blue to pink to red. I have requested a refund without reordering. The company contacted me and sent a replacement before I sent this one back. So it should arrive in a few days so I will update the review after I receive the new robot. UPDATE: 07/26/2020 I received a new robot. I programmed it to start at 9am every day. It ran at 1:00 a.m. The company contacted me to show me how to reprogram the robot. The first thing you need to know is that before you can program the time to start the robot, you must program the current time. And to stop the current program, press and hold the timer button for 3 seconds until the robot beeps twice. This will erase the currently saved time. Now you can program the time you want it to work. Also, make sure you are close to the robot for this to work. It will not install if you are in a different room than the robot. I like the dirt trap on this robot. It is firm and keeps the dirt in the bin. I am very happy to change my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. Both for the robot and for customer service! I almost want to leave it 1 star so it will be read and not lost in all the other 5 stars. Very happy with my purchase. Update: It is now January 10th, 2021. The robot is making a terrible noise and I have no idea what is causing it. I want to contact customer service, but Revain doesn't give me that option.
