Don’t waste your money
*1/5 Stars - Incomplete Order*
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from this company. Unfortunately, I only received part of my order - the fireplace insert arrived safely, but the entire TV stand is missing.
The lack of communication and attention to detail is unacceptable. I expect a full order to be fulfilled, especially when purchasing multiple items together.
Until this issue is resolved, I would caution others against making purchases from this company. I hope they will take steps to correct this problem and provide better service in the future.

- Order was incomplete, only revolved one piece fireplace insert, missing entire tv stand, no communication on the sellers part. I have reached out via email through the Walmart app, and also directly to the company. Walmart representatives have reached out to the company and no response. I want the rest of my order or at least a tracking number for where it is at or I want a refund.
