I like that it's completely customizable. You can use it to create your own workflow and process within the tool. Also, the drag & drop feature makes it so easy to move things around. It's not as robust as some other more expensive options out there. However, I also think you get what you pay for. There are lots of free trials available. The most useful thing about this software is the ability to have multiple projects going at once. This allows me to keep my various workflows in one place. A lot of people don't realize how much time this saves them. We've been able to increase our efficiency by using this software.
