Review on T Fal Ultimate Anodized Nonstick Dishwasher by Evan Roberts

Excellent quality, good weight, comfortable grip, non-slip grip and good non-stick coating (there is nothing like Teflon, but Teflon has been banned; the production process is toxic to the environment if the memory serves). The glass lid is strong, closes well, has a strong non-slip grip and a small hole to let out steam and protect the pan from vacuuming if it hasn't been heated for a while (which can be dangerous if you try to get around it to force). Now my husband and I make breakfast every weekend. He cooks bacon and hash browns in this pan and I cook eggs sunny side up. I turn the heat to medium, spritz on some Pam (for a gentle crispy crust), add the eggs, cover the pan, let simmer for 1 minute and then turn off for 45 seconds, covering the whole time. Through the glass lid (behind the condensate) I can see how the egg white is zhu-uuuuuuuuuuuoooooooo above the yolk and the yolk stays nice and runny. I've found that a lot of restaurants don't make good eggs sunny side up (raw protein on top, wicked), but they always come out perfect with this pan! These pans have great depth. I can't wait to prepare some of my favorite dishes that require good volume and a tight-fitting lid. Spinach and broccoli dishes come to mind. Update: After using these pans for a while, I found that their shape is perfect for flipping anything in the pan. In fact, if you shake the pan, it WILL flip over. good shape
