Hi I just want to share my 2 cents about this thermostat. I installed 2 of them.1. The device and appearance of this thermostat are similar to the traditional ones. This help is at home for all ages to set the thermostat with no learning curve. The LCD screen and the silver body are elegant for me. For this reason I prefer the Honeywell Ecobee.2. Need wire C. That's clear. Giving a bad review because you don't have a C-cable at home is unfair. You can buy one that doesn't require a C.3 cable. Smart Response Technology is your thermostat option, starting early to reach the desired temperature at the set time. If you don't want it, you can disable this feature.4. You can adjust or set the temperature day by day. As far as I know, you can't do it traditionally. This helps to accommodate family members for different work hours and holidays. This job is for me.5. This thermostat has no function to connect to a remote sensor. My understanding is that if your thermostat controls the temperature according to a room sensor that is colder than other rooms, other rooms may have grilling temperatures. I will adjust the ventilation flaps to adjust the temperature in each room, no sensor is needed.6. Wifi works well, as does online check-in. Installation only takes 15 to 30 minutes if you have c-wire.7. The front panel pins to connect to the base are small and look fragile, insert carefully. The reality is we only do it once. We don't remove the front panel every day to take it to work.8. LCD Brightness - You can adjust from 0 to 10 points from too bright to completely dark. Is that enough for you?9. We are humans. Sometimes we forget to turn on the heat or cold when we are in a hurry to go outside. You can set it from your phone. It's cool.10. The homeowner should be smart, no thermostat. Do your homework that will save your bills.11. I know it will sound biased if I don't say anything negative about this thermostat. There are two options in the online control menu: setting and schedule. I want the default to be a schedule, not a setting. We often change the schedule, the setting can only be once. What I'm saying is that I have to do one more click to get into the schedule. lazy bear I am not receiving a promotional price or paying for this review. I paid full price for this thermostat.
