I tried for a long time to convert the bird to Harrison food, but my Gala cockatoo didn't want anything. I wanted to try them after the first bag was wasted as my gala ignored them (I tried crushing them, soaking them in water and organic juice) but my vet told me they were over processed and I did only the size should use. I soon gave up and decided to just feed Rosie organic pellets instead and forget about Harrison. On a whim I grabbed a lovely £1 bag a few months ago and Rosie loved it! I came back later and bought a larger bag of high potency which is now almost non-existent. I am very happy with this feed. Rosie now gets 50% 50/50 Harrison mixed with all organic pellets, with the other 50% of her diet consisting of wholesome, fresh and prepared foods.
