Update: I do not recommend this product. After several emails back and forth, I received a replacement from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the new liner also starts to tear at the same point. I've followed the steps of letting it sit in the sun for 30-60 minutes to loosen it up, but the plastic is too flimsy and the design isn't precise enough, creating gaps around the trunk hinges. Just to be clear, the seats never folded over the product. The liner ripped because my stroller was carefully placed on it. First review: I've been using this product for about 3 weeks and it's already cracking. I will update my review depending on how the warranty claim is handled.
