Perfect fit I would not say. There are spots where it doesn't quite level out and other spots where it levels out but won't lay flat unless you have something heavy on it. But it gets the job done, and honestly it shouldn't fit as well as a floor mat for a seating area. We usually just toss the kid's toy or stroller on its back to do what I need to do to pick up all the dirt and sand and it can be cleaned up quickly and easily.

I'm sure it will do a great job of protecting the floor from spilled milk but the seats shouldn't go all the way down. The rear-folding front seat legs require an additional 1 1/2 inches in the molded slot to stow and fully lower. They go down far enough to "use" the floor, but over time the supports poke holes in the tray, causing the tray to lose its purpose entirely. Just received, and after a few attempts to lower the seats, the tray just behind those slots is already badly scratched.

Update: I do not recommend this product. After several emails back and forth, I received a replacement from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the new liner also starts to tear at the same point. I've followed the steps of letting it sit in the sun for 30-60 minutes to loosen it up, but the plastic is too flimsy and the design isn't precise enough, creating gaps around the trunk hinges.
