This bike rack is perfect for our purposes. It's sturdy and holds our 2 highway bikes and our two cruisers with room to spare.it's actually equipped to hold 5 bikes. It was very easy to install.I set it at 84 inches off the floor per the advice of another user here to allow storage space below the bikes. It takes a bit of oomph to get the bikes into the rack, but I just look at that as part of my exercise.I'm 75 and don't have any problems getting the bikes on or off the rack. Customer service is great. One of the locking pins was defective and I sent a notice to their website. The replacement was sent 1st class mail in just a few days. Very
