Cheap and flimsy, absolute rubbish. The plastic is so filigree that you can physically feel its tension even with slight friction. The whole time I held my finger in the loop it seemed like it was about to break. The bristles are so hard and sharp. I thought they were at least a bit flexible? But that's not the case. I used this product for a while before putting it on the shelf and using my old one. My scalp was really sore and irritated after showering and the only difference in my daily routine was this horrible thing. The package that arrived looked dirty and dirty, like someone bought a bunch of these, hated them, threw them in the garage and years later decided to sell them. They were dirty and dirty, but the blocks in the box were clean (I washed them before use anyway). I tried giving them away and everyone who tried gave them back. They go in the trash.
