After following the installation instructions that came with the dongle, the Bluetooth icon will appear in the toolbar. I clicked on it to open the window and then selected Add Device. A search box opens but it couldn't find anything even though there were 3 Bluetooth devices within 3ft of my laptop. I tried several times, but again nothing happened. I was a bit frustrated so I checked to see if the bluetooth icon was blue indicating it was on and then double checked by right clicking on the bluetooth icon to see if it was said my bluetooth was on. it was included. . - Hm, what's going on? I figured. I took the key out, let it sit for 30 seconds and then put it back in. The bluetooth icon appeared gray in my toolbar, I right clicked it, enabled bluetooth, the icon turned blue. I clicked on the blue icon, the "Add device" window opened and immediately found three devices. So don't lose hope if nothing happens the first time. seconds later. You might also try restarting your computer if all else fails. Now that it has recognized my bluetooth devices everything works fine. Much luck! :)
