I have always used Cisco communication devices at work and their performance has always been excellent. Before the Meraki line, I mainly had to manage IOS command line hardware. Cisco Meraki Security Appliances (MX), Switching (MS) and Wireless (MR) are easy to integrate and all settings are made from the control panel. Updates are downloaded from their cloud and configurations are saved as well. Site-to-Site and Client VPN work flawlessly. The only thing I have with the Meraki line is that device OS reports are not always accurate. I'm sure they will fix it in the future.
