I purchased this item a few weeks ago when we had a cold snap. Over the years I have wrapped the sprinkler backflow preventer and plumbing in insulation and covered it with plastic sod bags. While it seemed to do the trick, I was always on the verge of it and it often looked shabby. When I saw these items at Revain I was blown away that they fit perfectly. The fabric container looks very sturdy and the stitching is very neat. There is a velcro underneath to keep little creatures from looking for a warm spot. There's also an eyelet on the bottom for a lock or plastic tie so no one can get away with it. I encourage everyone to measure carefully. Remember that you need to consider the dimensions of the return and the piping both in depth and in length and height. It was easy to install, even for me. I assume this will continue for a while. I am very glad we made this purchase.
