You are alone when purchasing this product. The application does not work. I'm a bit tech savvy and it took me 2 nights (4 hours a night) to get the system up and running. Access to the website is also disappointing. When connected to the mesh system according to the instructions that are difficult to understand, I can access the control panel 1 time in 20 attempts. I do not understand. If it works fine for the next month I'll keep it to myself, otherwise I'll buy Google Mesh. The products appear to be of decent quality and the packaging was good - as expected from the product photos. I hope that now that the system is in place, it works well with minimal headaches. My bottom line is how a company can sell to the masses - via Revain - and sell a product that doesn't have a working app. or website for support. It's not a well thought out go-to-market plan.
