Review on Quick Incandescent Equivalent Warm Light - Non-dimmable by Popeye Knight

I bought these to light up my garage. The circular light pattern was just what I needed and they delivered. However, they do not consume 25 watts, but 15.8-16.1 (the three lamps have slightly different power). Which is good, but I don't think they're 2500 lumens each. Maybe it's 2500 lumens for just three and I'm still wondering if that's true. The 13W Sylvania is rated at 450 lumens so a pack of 6 bulbs would put out almost 2500. Not as many as I expected. Not sure how long they will last. It's always a problem with nameless things.
