Dynamic Contact Manager Is Very User Friendly And Easily Customized

I like that it is easy for agents in general, but also helpful with management as well! It's very customizable so you can set up everything how ever you want!! The only thing i dislike about this software would be if there was more options available when setting things out or adding new features/customization items - which they are always working towards doing though. Great all around product from start to finish (from support team through implementation). We have been able solve issues we were having before using dynamic contacts manager by implementing different settings within their system.
