Can't get the remote to work - said it should work with all Seiki
I have done everything the seller told Revain to try and get the remote to work (remove batteries, press all buttons for 3 seconds, replace with new non-rechargeable batteries, unplug and press the power button for 15 seconds ) and nothing. I tried to contact the seller but not sure if it was a typo (not searchable with "smartby"). I wish they could contact me to fix the problem
- TVs. If the remote control does not work directly, remove the batteries from the remote control and press each button on the remote control for 3 seconds to discharge the remaining power. Insert BRAND NEW batteries into the remote control (DO NOT use rechargeable batteries). Sometimes the TV is the problem. Simply unplug the TV and press and hold the power button on the side of the TV for 15 seconds. This can fix strange problems. Then plug your TV back in and turn it on.
