I like how easy it is for me as an administrator or user who has little technical knowledge about computers/networks etc., can easily understand what's going wrong with my system without needing any help from IT staff! It also provides great insights into all aspects such as logs & alerts which are very helpful when troubleshooting issues related to our systems. Also we have used this product since last 6 years now so there isn't much problem at present time but if you face some then definitely contact their support team because after using them once its worth than anything else!! Our organization uses this tool mainly to identify malicious activities happening inside LAN / WAN networks by analyzing traffic patterns generated between devices connected over internet connection point. This helps us resolve many problems regarding malware infections and virus attacks caused due to misconfiguration errors during setup process.
