Arrived damaged, parts rattling inside
Parts rattling inside, although the unit worked for my Samsung TV, there were no instructions on how to program the remote control for my Direct TV DVR. None of them were available online. If you have direct Samsung products, it will work fine. Good luck programming for other manufacturers. I hope you get one where the components don't rattle inside!
