Only 96psi or two car tires

After a full charge it could only inflate 96psi for my bike tire. On another occasion, he was only able to fill two car tires before stopping pumping. I think the battery is too low for 150psi or to fill 4 tires in a car. However, the size is comfortable for a motorcyclist or motorcyclist.
