PSU and mouse are missing. Only works with 1st slot

Delivery without power supply. And mouse input only seems to work on a computer in the 1st slot. I did my best. switch computers. The computer that was recently plugged into the first slot became the second that worked. This is the case with macOS computers. I looked at the FAQ and tried this suggestion but to no avail.
