I am writing this for my fellow ISY 994 Pro ZW users. I installed az wave schlage blocking on the Insteon network. So obviously the lock didn't work. I chose this as an additional repeater of the ZWave element. that works great. Buy these 2 or 3 or 4 if Schlague distance is far from ISY. Imagine creating a ZWave network to extend the Zwave coms network. This is best because when you add Zwave blocks to the ISY, you really need to have them next to the ISY. (Insteon allows you to connect even if it's far from ISY. Zwave needs to be nearby the first time you add it. The closer the better. After adding, you can put it in the right place just remember to "heal the z-wave. Network" after trying to build your multi-unit SE wave mesh, it took me 3 to get a good connection to ISY, but every case is different.
