So after trying the spiral curls kit, I tried this extra long corkscrew kit this week. (More in this review). Compared to the spiral set which required me to use all 40 rollers, this set although it also comes with 40 didn't do enough for my hair so I had to blow dry the piece and then use these rollers to finish it. I need about 10 or so but I have a lot of hair. It's thin, but there's a lot of it. I was able to wind less hair on each curler compared to spiral rollers, so I got stuck on the hook several times as I had to learn how to wind less hair each time. Wrapping too much hair in curlers will result in frizzy curls that aren't formed properly, so don't do it. Just buy a recharge or glam kit lol. If you find yourself pulling your hair out, here's why. I didn't have spiral hair loss but had more problems with it but I have to admit it was my fault as I didn't want to put up with running out of curlers so I kept trying to force more hair into them lol. Added some photos of the results. This is my first attempt at making a corkscrew. This is a tighter curl so they keep the spirals longer. I only have the second day and they are almost the same. All you have to do is sleep in a cape and separate your curls in the morning. I bought Hairflair from the hair shaper sellers.
