You no longer need a stepladder to clean the upper tank.
I have a 29 long tank on top of a 30 gallon upright tank and the short gravel cleaner I had was easy to use at the bottom of the tank but I had to use a short stepladder to set it up on the bucket to clean the upper tank. This gravel cleaner makes it easy to make a bucket tank on the ground. It's well made and should last a long time. I'm glad I bought it, I recommend it to everyone.
