Installed this hook today. I've been very careful to keep it straight. But I kept watching it and it just didn't feel right. I kept checking. The square part on the wall is perfectly flat horizontally and vertically. I set the spirit level on the hook itself and watched the bladder slide completely out of the line. I am beside myself with anger! I've had my suspicions for a while that third parties are using Revain to dispose of their "seconds" like a factory outlet. Waste of thirteen dollars. That's what I get for not going to Lowes. Lesson learned.
