Review on Giro Artex MIPS Adult Mountain Bike Helmet by Kyle Ross

Giro is my favorite helmet brand but the bottom half of their range has become Adult One Size. which is not ideal. My 58cm head size is near the top of Giro's "medium” range and their medium helmets fit me perfectly. The fit, finish, performance and quality of the Artex MIPS helmet is superb - my new favorite helmet. I love that I can easily remove the visor for road use when I'm not mountain biking. Yes, the MIPS liner straps touch my temples, but that's common with MIPS helmets. On a non-MIPS helmet, the straps are usually connected to the body of the helmet (rather than the balaclava), moving them slightly away from the face.
