Review on Panasonic BK 4MCCA8BA Eneloop Pre Charged Rechargeable by Tony Crook

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Since I first bought Eneloop

socket required. I bought 4 packs of AAA specifically for the lights that come on in my bathroom when motion is detected. And lately, even though the days were darker, the lights came on more often than usual. With conventional batteries, the light was bright for a few days and then started to dim. After a week and a half you could hardly see anything in the light. I got tired of wasting time on regular batteries just because I didn't have enough batteries, so I bought more. I received them on March 24, 2020. At nightfall I charged them fully and put them in the light. I had no idea the light could get as bright as theirs. I was already impressed. And then this morning, 10 1/2 days later, the lights finally dimmed (and not to the point where it was completely useless, but enough to charge it back up). I like my Eneloop very much. Don't waste your time and money with other batteries. My experience with other batteries is that they last just as long as regular batteries no matter how much they change the packaging and talk about a good game. The only benefit of other rechargeable batteries was having batteries you never throw away. Plug Eneloop into all the remote controls in your home and you'll never have to charge them again. Serious. I took the batteries out of the two remotes and waited for them to arrive and didn't even charge them before turning on the light and it was as bright as if I had put regular new batteries in. These batteries have been in these remote controls for about a year and are used every day. That's how excellent Eneloop is. In the past, when I used my digital camera every day, regular batteries would die in 2 weeks, but my Eneloop only needed to be charged once every 6 months.

Pros
  • I have not changed brands.
Cons
  • Factory pre-charged with solar power and ready to use.
